The company has built several training platforms and methods for delivery of programs. Some of them include:
  • classroom sessions : the regular mode of training wherein a trainer makes a presentation to the participants and encourages discussion, typically like a classroom.
  • self-study : it involves an effort on the part of the trainee/employee, to use various sources and understand the concept and be able to exhibit a required degree of expertise to the project manager.
  • on-the-job learning : this is designed specifically to those employees who wish to use the time during their working day, to learn new technology, languages, and platforms.
  • knowledge transfer (KT) : these sessions by an expert in the subject internally holds a discussion with interested group/project about a particular topic
